Rihanna close to new record as first black woman to produce a collection with Louis Vuitton

Barbados born singer, Rihanna, is not just known for being a singer. She is a fashion guru, makeup icon, and top class actress. The famous singer is not new to setting records and she is billed to set another with a new deal she signed. She is now the first black woman who would create a luxury collection with fashion giants, Louis Vuitton.

It has been revealed by several sources that Rihanna has been in talks with Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), which is about the largest luxury group in the world. Their secret discussions are based on the fact that they want Rihanna to birth a luxury house under their name. In fact, the company has already handpicked a few of its employees to support the award-winning musician on the project.

Rihanna is billed to put out her ninth album on the market this year and the company plans to release the luxury collection at about the same time. The collection will include ready-to-wear goods and accessories primarily made of leather. In the last few years, Rihanna has been a pacesetter in the fashion industry, taking on several roles with different companies, mostly setting new records while doing that.
