In the spirit of Christmas former President of the United States, Barack Obama, visited a children’s hospital in Washington to surprise the patients and share some gifts. Obama is seen in a video that has since gone viral wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and a Santa hat, carrying a bag of gifts.
The former President went round the wards of Children’s National last Wednesday exchanging pleasantries and sharing gifts to the patients. He is also seen taking selfies with some of the children as he went around saying “Ho! Ho!! Ho!!!” in Santa’s voice. He jokingly said his reindeer was stuck somewhere in the snow but nothing was going to stop him from visiting the patients at the hospital.

Obama also recorded a video message for patients he couldn’t see. The hospital management was filled with gratitude which they expressed in a tweet which Obama replied.
